As the leaves turn and the air cools, we are invited into a season of reflection, restoration, and renewal.
The Autumn Apothecary is a sacred space to gather, sip warm herbal brews, and craft healing remedies infused with earth medicine and ancient wisdom. A time to slow down, reconnect with the rhythms of nature, and nourish yourself deeply. Each hands-on session blends herbal medicine, ritual, and seasonal self-care, guiding you in crafting your own apothecary to nourish in times of transition. This is especially powerful when we are embracing the natural transitions of both autumn and midlife.
A sacred space to slow down, sip on warm herbal brews, and craft your own healing remedies infused with ancient wisdom and earth magic. In a world that often asks us to give more than we receive, this is your moment to pause. A moment to shift from depletion to deep nourishment, from overwhelm to gentle restoration. The Autumn Woman phase of life calls us to tend to ourselves with care, honouring the wisdom of the seasons and the cycles within.
Each session is a hands-on experience in blending herbal medicine, ritual, and deep nourishment. You will craft, sip, and weave the wisdom of herbs into your daily rhythms, surrounded by like-minded women and the grounding embrace of the garden.
